Virtual Event: ArtsEngage Community Celebration

As our public sessions for the ArtsEngage Learning Community come to a close, Ontario Presents is excited to host our final Spotlight session, a community celebration!

ArtsEngage Community Celebration

Virtual, free event

Join us to discuss community engagment questions that matter to you, with peers from the performing arts community!
Wednesday, March 31st from 10am - 12pm ET

Over the past several months, the ArtsEngage team has hosted four Spotlight Sessions. These have been truly inspiring, dynamic conversations and we thank all of the speakers and participants who brought their passion and experience to them. (PS - You can find recordings and resources from past sessions here!)

We have heard again and again that what people have valued most in these sessions is the opportunity to talk to each other. So, for our final Spotlight we are hosting a Community Celebration.

We will have a few artists and presenters who have undertaken community engagement projects over the last few months (as part of the Learning Community) share a little bit about learnings or topics of interest that they would like to discuss, inspired by the experiences of their projects. Participants (that’s you!) will then have the opportunity to choose a couple of topics that they would like to discuss further in breakout rooms.

We hope to see you on March 31st!

This interactive, virtual conversation is available to interested members of the performing arts community free of charge. Email info [at] ontariopresents [dot] ca (subject: Registration%3A%20Nurturing%20Local%20Culture)  to register. Please let us know of any accessibility needs and we will do our best to provide necessary accommodations. Space is limited- first preference will be given to Ontario-based presenters and artists. As this will be an interactive session, we ask that you register only if you are able to participate for the full session.
