Project Evaluation

Often evaluation is an after-thought – it shouldn’t be! Successful projects should consider their evaluation process carefully, and this should be in place as a plan at the beginning of the project, be monitored throughout and completed shortly after the conclusion to the project. It can take many forms and be very useful not just for that particular project but also to future planning and legacy.

The presenter will:

  • Take primary responsibility to ensure that all final evaluation processes are complete.

The artist will:

  • Fulfill the artist requirements in the evaluation process.
  • Encourage participants to fully engage in the evaluation process.
